A community for imperfect women

Our Shared Story
We’re two clinical psychologists who met through work and bonded quickly over a shared love of psychology, caring for others, and let’s be honest, a lot of reality TV.

Despite different backgrounds, we realised we were both carrying the same things:
The pressure to show up for everyone.
The invisible mental load of womanhood.
The constant sense we should be doing more.

Some days we felt grounded. Some days we needed to make space for reflection. Other days we sent each other “same” messages and coped with coffee and snacks.

The Imperfect Psychologists grew out of that space, where we could be both professional and human. And now we’re sharing it with other women who get it.

You don’t need fixing. You just need space to reflect, connect, and maybe breathe for a minute. We’ll bring the questions, you can bring snacks.

What do you love most about what you do now?
Getting to work with my friend, trying to be creative when I don’t have a creative bone in my body
If laughter wasn’t the best medicine what would be?
An everything shower! A scrub bar, clean hair, new pjs and clean bedsheets – this is how I reset!

What is your favourite reality tv show?
Nothing will ever beat The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Receipts!! Proof!! Timeline!!

What’s your favourite part of the day?
The first sip of coffee. I drink too much of it to be healthy and I am not sorry about it.
